Pizza Hut in Orangeville

Average visit. Friendly service. Pizza was typical Pizza Hut.

No one sitting down eating in the restaurant at all but my order of wings I placed on line took over a half hour 😣.

The pizza is smaller than I remembered, but they still charge $20 for a medium. What happened to this once popular icon? No wonder the place is always empty.

Excellent customer service. Our waiter Rene was great and really efficient ! The pizza was delicious too.

I love there pizza and there service. If you work there you get discounts and everyone with you last name gets you employee discounts. the only thing is that there order and they will bring it to you pizza can come a bit late and cold. i complained and i got my next pizza hut meal free

Corporate website is nothing short of a joke. Deals available online only aren’t properly identified on the website. When I questioned the manager he told me to learn how to read followed by a go f$&k your self. Toppers pizza was more than willing to take my order. Better pizza at 1/2 the price.

First time I tried Pizza Hut in Orangeville Bc I wanted the stuffed crust. I was very disappointed, I was warned about how cheap they are with the cheese topping but ordered anyway. You could actually see the sauce is some places on the top of both our pizzas. I will never buy from this location again. On a good note, staff was amazing.

Your Standard Pizza Hut, the restaurant is clean but a tad on the small side. Service is okay but the prices are a little expensive.

Quite possibly the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. I just spent an hour and a half waiting for an order that was apparently cancelled due to lack of wings and crust??? And this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this place. They’ve forgotten my order, cancelled my order and have run out of PIZZA (seriously??) too many times. Never again. Their customer service sucks too.

how in the world is this place still open? Food is great, a true testament to how franchises are so successful. The staff running this place are an absolute embarrassment to the company name.Seriously Pizza Hut management, send someone there on a Thursday night, they will be completely ignored, and the service when (if) they do get could only be defined as atrocious. Lots of great places to eat in Orangeville, this is not one of them. Our friends and family joke about how bad this place is, and we will never be back.when we see a sign in the window "under new management" we might try again

Our order took for ever to receive and it was over cooked and tatsed nasty. Won't go back to this location

Literally the worst Pizza Hut I've ever gotten pizza from. Pizza lacked shape and had burnt pepperoni with new ones thrown on, cheese sticks weren't cut and the wrong wing sauce. Staff was lazy and were incredibly loud talking about inappropriate things. Good luck!

Great pizza everytime!!

Lunch "buffet" consisted of 3 pizzas and bowl of iceberg lettuce (salad!) 2 buckets of unmarked dressings. When asked, staff said "one is Caesar, one is Ranch" but couldn't say which was which. Wow....almost no customers...I won't be back.

There's a good reason why they went under once in Orangeville. Remember when they were on Broadway? With service they provide. Its amazing they haven't gone under a second time

Very hit and miss. Sometimes excellent pizza, other times not. Take out option generally better than sit down service at this location.

I ordered a pizza 3 days ago and it still has not arrived. Aswell they haven't owned up to their mistake . Never going to order from this location again.

Worst service ever! I preordered online at 5:50 my pick up time was for 6:08. I walked in at 6:10 and paid a girl named Taylor for my order. She then tells me it will be 15 to 20 minutes. I said what? I ordered online and it said 6:08 was my pick up time. She asked a male how much longer and he said I dont even know what she ordered so Taylor replied neither do I? She rang me through and doesn't even know what I bought? So I told her what I ordered. The male said 2 minutes I'm just waiting on bread sticks. At 6:20 I watched Taylor make my wings. At 6:22 I watched the male cut my pizza. At 6:25 I finally walked out with my order without and apology or an explanation. Got back to the motel to eat and the pizza barley had any toppings. The bread sticks were a greasy slop and the chicken bites were rock hard! Absolutely the worst pizza hut I have ever been to...not to mention it wasnt very clean.

The most amazing pizza ever

Called 4 times on my way home from work and not one employee picked up the phone. When I spoke to the manager in the store, she said the phone never rang once. The manager did not apologize for the issue and had no resolution.

Great staff. Not the best buffet compared to most pizza huts.

The kids meal was cheaper and more plentiful that the adult meal .... huge fail!!!

Took over 2 hours to get are meal. 45 minutes to get are drinks untensles were dirty and plates were filthy as well and there was 6 customers in the restaurant

There are lots of nice employees, and I have enjoyed my visits many times. All are very generous and give extra if more time was taken than expected.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated, only to have someone ignore me and tell the people behind me that 'someone called in sick, so food in the dining area would take about 40 minutes'. Needless to say I did not stay.

We went here on my 16th birthday and the service was poor, pizza was warm but still sorta cold, the soda tasted off and overall it left me and my family in less than celebratory mood, I think next year we´ll go to Boston Pizza instead the food is much better there!!

Delicious pizza when you can splurge on price! Their pan bread is amazing they make it crunchy and buttery and don't skip on sauces or toppings!

Been to this place couple of time.Staff is welcoming. Service was great. I had veggie pizza.I had same pizza from so many different Pizza Hut locations but I didn’t like pizza from this place.

Huge improvement since my last visit. Hasem was very friendly and was an attentive server. Pizza had a good amount of cheese this time. Restaurant cleanliness (i.e. seats, tables and plates) still have plenty room for improvement.

Such a shame for pizza huts name, this chain has horrible customer service . waited to be seated . meanwhile there was plenty of seating in dinning room . had to go looking for someone to take our order. Long wait . then our food didnt come out together, my son was finishing his meal as we were just getting ours . .

This is the worst run restaurant I have ever been too! The staff are the worst. Server named Justice was beyond rude, he swore and I could see him treating the other employees with so much disrespect that I felt bad for them. The food was not hot, and our order was messed up twice. I would much rather spend my money elsewhere. Never, ever again. Wish I could give a zero - there is no management at this Pizza Hut, you can see it all over the place.
